A-head
If You have handlebar pluged in a-head system, you cant adjuste high of your handlebar. Screws which You have on both sides are binding screws. You can only rotate handlebar.
Screw which You can se on top of the handlebar, is a screw for adjsust head sets. Warning: badly assemble this screw, couse damage headsets.
